Welcome to Cavalier Homes Albury-Wodonga.
Our Albury-Wodonga director Dale Paddle has been building new residential homes in the region since 2005.
He prides himself on the variety he offers – investment houses, units, luxury townhouses, double story homes, hillside homes, country ranch style homes, small or large family homes, homes perfect for retirement, and energy efficient homes. We service the following regions, in and around, Albury-Wodonga including: Baranduda, Beechworth, Bright, Bundalong, Corowa, Corryong, Culcairn, Howlong, Kiewa Valley, Killara, Lavington, Leneva, Mt Beauty, Rutherglen, Thurgoona and Wangaratta.
Homes can be built from our national standard plans, which can be modified, or we can custom-design the perfect plan especially for you! Our designs are award-winning, so we know you’ll find something you love.
It’s a good chance you know one of our happy customers that are living in their Cavalier-built home, or you may have seen one of our many homes built across the Albury-Wodonga region. The Border Mail’s Domain section has also printed a number of articles on our new homes over the years.
Our sales staff can chat to you about our house and land packages or discuss your preferred home style, and advise of suitable land available. They can also help with information about financial incentives, including the first home buyers grant or stamp duty concessions.
Dale prides himself on his work in the local community – you may have met him as a teenager in school, or through sports like tennis, football, cricket and even netball. You may run into him at one of his children’s school events, pony club or cricket, or through many of the local community fundraising events. Dale is a supporter of the Rainbows and Roses Foundation, which helps children with cystic fibrosis and autism.

Dale Paddle – Managing Director
Dale completed his apprenticeship working in the family building business and worked as a carpenter for several builders throughout Albury-Wodonga and Victoria. Dale has also worked in commercial building, running a carpentry and plastering business which built residential apartments, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, retirement villages, cinemas, nursing homes and childcare centres.
Dale enjoyed working back home in the Albury-Wodonga area and missed the face-to-face interaction with clients, so returned to domestic building before joining Cavalier Homes.
