During this period the company grew to become one of the largest residential building companies in Queensland operating mainly in the south-east corner.

With the move into franchising in 2001, Cavalier targeted quality driven builders in key regional locations to come on board as franchisees.

This win-win situation means new home clients in regional locations could deal with a local builder living in their community supported by the design range, buying power and systems of one of Australia’s largest building companies.

The directors of Cavalier Homes have almost 50 years experience in the building industry managing building companies.

They have drawn on this experience to create a diversified company including Cavalier Prestige, Cavalier Finance and Steel Built Homes (manufacturing and marketing steel framed kit homes).

These subsidiary companies were created to provide a one-stop shop servicing all segments and facets of the residential property market.

But decades of building homes, winning awards and looking after clients means little compared with the challenge of servicing those people who about to build with Cavalier today.
