Leading Darling Downs construction company, Martin Fallon Homes, joined forces with Cavalier Homes (Aust) in 2003.

A new entity was created and trades as Martin Fallon Cavalier Homes Darling Downs, and delivering new home buyers in Roma and surrounding areas, with a complete range of designs to suit every market.

“The Cavalier range of award winning homes includes first home buyer designs right through to luxury two storey houses,” Martin Fallon said.

“By taking on a Cavalier franchise we can continue to offer the service and commitment from a local builder but tap into the systems, marketing support and buying power of a major national builder.

“This means our clients will receive the best of both worlds,” Martin said.
Martin is the second generation to operate the business and his two sons actively work ‘on the tools’.

“By taking a very family orientated approach to business we have stressed the importance of listening to our clients, meeting regularly with them during construction and sorting out any problems immediately,” Martin said.

Like many Cavalier Homes franchisees, three generations of Martin’s family have been builders in Roma and surrounding areas and during those decades have established strong relationships with the area’s best trades-people and suppliers. “Plus everyone involved with the company lives in the local area – we do not have a head office mentality and all our clients can speak to the owner of the business if they want to.

“We know that if we consistently do the right things and deliver on our promises we will have happy clients,” Martin said.
