David Holloway joined the Cavalier team several years ago and quickly established a reputation within the organization for his careful and considered approach to building project homes.
“I always try and imagine how I would want to be treated if I was building a new home,” David said.
“And the same goes for our trade contractors as well – you will always get a better result by working with people rather than against them.”
“Building a new home is a massive undertaking involving a lot of diverse but skillful trades people so you have to be able to manage their progress while also keeping the client informed.”
“We place a great deal of emphasis on trying to do things right the first time, which ensures jobs flow more smoothly and a really good home is built along the way,” David said.
A native of nearby Tully, David moved into Townsville because he saw an opportunity to provide the market with a complete range of Cavalier Homes designs backed up by an “eye-for-detail” building program.
“We have established a very strong business and welcome the chance to talk to people about their new home requirements,” David said.
