| Pioneering husband and wife team, Karinda and Justin Gill, have quickly established Cavalier Homes Darwin as a dominant builder in the Territory.
The pair have introduced several innovative initiatives not offered by other local builders including an initial six months maintenance period and a six year structural warranty.
“We have been involved in the building industry in the Territory and Victoria for many years and have closely studied standard building practices in these areas,” Justin said. “From these observations we have developed a list of elements which we have included in our company giving us a significant advantage over other builders.”
The company has a very strong focus on keeping open lines of communication with clients from sale through to hand over and maintenance. There are, for example, regular site meetings during construction when clients come on site and carry out a structured inspection and are updated on the status of progress of their home with a representative of Cavalier Homes Darwin.
